You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access, approvals, credentials, content, account permissions, billing details, ad budgets, brand assets, service-area details, licensing information, and other materials reasonably needed to perform the services.

You are responsible for your business operations, licensing, customer relationships, claims, offers, promotions, prices, service promises, warranties, testimonials, and compliance with laws that apply to your trade, advertising, customer communications, and use of customer data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, API keys, connected accounts, and platform access. You must limit access to authorized users and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You must not share platform access with unauthorized parties, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with platform operations, reverse engineer software, scrape systems, upload malicious code, or use our services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam-related activity.

You agree to pay all approved setup fees, monthly fees, project fees, support fees, and other charges described in the applicable order, invoice, proposal, or agreement. Advertising spend is separate from SOG Tech Solutions LLC management fees unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Late, failed, disputed, or reversed payments can result in paused work, suspended access, delayed deliverables, collection activity, or termination, subject to applicable law and written agreement terms.

Our services depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, payment processors, CRM systems, analytics tools, review platforms, scheduling tools, and other business services. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, policies, fees, approvals, and data practices.

We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions, account suspensions, policy changes, billing issues, outages, ad disapprovals, ranking changes, API changes, data loss, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

SOG Tech Solutions LLC uses Alzar Logic as its main company ERP and CRM system. Customer information, lead information, client account information, support communications, service records, and related business information can be collected, processed, and stored in Alzar Logic.

The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and guaranteed results.
