SMS Terms & Conditions

All messages in this program are sent by SOG Tech Solutions LLC under its own brand name. Messages identify SOG Tech Solutions as the sender.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or lead generation messages on behalf of third parties, affiliates, advertisers, or our clients. This program is not used for affiliate marketing or third-party lead generation.

SOG Tech Solutions LLC only sends messages under this program to contractors and home service business owners who provided their mobile number directly to us and affirmatively opted in — for example after requesting a marketing audit, quote, consultation, or information about our services.

We do not send SMS to homeowners under this program. When contractors use the Alzar Logic™ platform to send automated messages to homeowners or their own customers, those messages are sent through Alzar Logic™ and are governed by Alzar Logic™'s separate SMS Notifications Terms — not by this page.

Messages relate to the request you submitted and to the services SOG Tech Solutions LLC offers directly. Typical messages include:

• Following up on a marketing audit, quote, or consultation you requested.
• Confirming, scheduling, rescheduling, or reminding you about an appointment with our team.
• Promotional offers, service package updates, and announcements about SOG Tech Solutions services.
• Answering questions you send us by text.

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number on a SOG Tech Solutions LLC web form, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written permission during a call or meeting with our team.

Consent is specific to SOG Tech Solutions LLC and is collected separately from any other agreement. We do not obtain consent from purchased lists, lead brokers, affiliates, or any other third-party source.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from SOG Tech Solutions LLC. You can work with us without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message frequency varies based on your request and appointment activity. You can expect up to 6 messages per month. Conversational replies to messages you send us are not counted against that estimate.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. SOG Tech Solutions LLC does not charge you for these messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

This program is supported by most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

SOG Tech Solutions LLC sends messages in this program using Alzar Logic™, the business system developed by Alzar Technologies LLC that we use as our CRM and messaging platform. For this SOG program, Alzar Logic™ acts as our service provider and processes messages on our behalf only. It does not use your number for Alzar Logic™'s own marketing under this program.

Alzar Logic™ also operates its own SMS program for Alzar Logic™ product marketing and for automated messaging that contractors send to homeowners through the platform. That program has separate terms.

SOG Tech Solutions LLC does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, or phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for their marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes.

Mobile information is collected solely so that SOG Tech Solutions LLC can communicate with the person who provided it. Information is shared only with service providers that help us operate the messaging program, and those providers may not use it for any other purpose.

All other handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
